Workouts for the week...


I just booked a trip to visit some friends in Miami!!! Can't wait but now it is time to focus on lifting heavy and slimming the waist :) I probably will live in my swimsuit there maybe even sleep in it.  So this week I plan on being sore from all the crazy workouts I have planned!!!! I LOVE being sore!!!!

Monday: Beast Legs, Turbo Fire, ABS and Volleyball
Tuesday: Beast Arms, Cycling and YOGA
Wednesday: Swim for 40 minutes,  Beast Shoulders, ABS, Stretching
Thursday: Beast Back, Turbo Fire, YOGA
Friday: Beast Chest, Swim 40 minutes, YOGA
Saturday: YOGA, 3 mile run
Sunday: OFF-YOGA.


If you noticed my schedule does not include running till Saturday.  I am still dealing with an injury so I decided to take the whole week off and try to run on Saturday.  If I still feel pain I am heading to the doctor next week.  I decided to pull myself from Sunburst 1/2. :( Not very happy about that but I had to do what is best for my future runs.
